One of the documents released on Tuesday purportedly shows that the CIA was working on a program as of Oct. 2014 that would infect the vehicle control systems of certain cars and trucks. “The purpose of such control is not specified, but it would permit the CIA to engage in nearly undetectable assassinations,”  WikiLeaks asserts. The term "psycho-terrorism" was coined by Russian writer N. Anisimov of the Moscow Anti-Psychotronic Center. Noiseless cassettes. Chernishev claims that the Japanese have developed the ability to place infra-low frequency voice patterns over music, patterns that are detected by the subconscious. Russians claim to be using similar "bombardments" with computer programming to treat alcoholism or smoking.
The 25th-frame effect, alluded to above, a technique wherein each 25th frame of a movie reel or film footage contains a message that is picked up by the subconscious. This technique, if it works, could possibly be used to curb smoking and alcoholism, but it has wider, more sinister applications if used on a TV audience or a computer operator.
Psychotropics, defined as medical preparations used to induce a trance, euphoria, or depression. Referred to as "slow-acting mines," they could be slipped into the food of a politician or into the water supply of an entire city. Symptoms include headaches, noises, voices or commands in the brain, dizziness, pain in the abdominal cavities, cardiac arrhythmia, or even the destruction of the cardiovascular system.

[..] Begründet wird die massive Einschränkung des Bargeld-Gebrauchs von der Regierung mit dem Kampf gegen Schwarzarbeit, Kriminalität und Steuerhinterziehung. [..] Besonders bemerkenswert ist, dass die Regierung zudem auch eine Telefonhotline freigeschaltet hat, bei der Bürger anonym andere Bürger melden können, wenn diese angeblich verbotene Bargeldgeschäfte tätigen. Die Folgen dieser Maßnahme könnte das Aufkommen eines Denunziantentums sowie die Entstehung eines grundlegenden Misstrauens zwischen den Bürgern sein.
Teil der Offensive ist, dass das Steuerministerium seine Kontroll- und Überwachungsmaßnahmen verstärkt. Die Regierung will nach eigenen Aussagen zum „Übergang in eine digitale Gesellschaft“ ermutigen.
Die Vorstöße, welche auf eine Einschränkung oder Abschaffung des Bargeld-Gebrauchs abzielen, haben sich in den vergangenen Jahren weltweit gehäuft. Die EU-Kommission hatte vergangenes Jahr beschlossen, den 500-Euro-Schein abzuschaffen. Meist werden diese Restriktionen mit dem Kampf gegen Schwarzarbeit, Geldwäsche oder Terrorismusfinanzierung begründet.
Dies erscheint zwar plausibel. Wahrscheinlich ist aber, dass die Forderungen nach einer Digitalisierung des Geldes noch andere Gründe haben. In diesem Zusammenhang ist es bemerkenswert, dass Bargeld die einzige Möglichkeit der Bürger darstellt, ihre Ersparnisse vor dem Zugriff der Staaten und Banken und etwaiger Sonderabgaben oder Vermögenssteuern zu schützen. Zudem erlaubt es Bargeld, anonym zu bezahlen, ohne dass personenbezogene Daten gesammelt werden.
In diesem Zusammenhang ist eine Empfehlung des Internationalen Währungsfonds aus dem Jahr 2013 interessant. Damals empfahl der Fonds in einem theoretischen Papier den Einsatz einer Zwangsabgabe von 10 Prozent auf alle Sparguthaben in der Eurozone, um die Eurokrise zu beenden. [..]

Einer der größten Politik- und Geheimdienstskandale der zurückliegenden 70 Jahre!

[..]  Bei diesem Kriminalhauptkommissar, der in Berlin die gesamte Regierung und das Innenministerium mitsamt seinen nachgeordneten Behörden BKA und LKA der Lüge überführte, handelt es sich um einen im Kollegenkreis hochgeschätzten Polizisten. Er trug Beweis um Beweis zusammen, um die konkrete Anschlagsgefahr durch den Islamisten und seine gefährlichen Kontakte zum Islamischen Staat und Terrorzellen in Deutschland gerichtsfest zu belegen, um Amri entsprechend festnehmen zu lassen.

Anstatt diesen Polizisten zu befördern, haben seine Vorgesetzten jedoch einen regelrechten Mobbing-Krieg gegen den Aufrichtigen in Gang gesetzt und versucht, ihn mit abstrusen Disziplinar- und Strafverfahren zum Schweigen zu bringen. Gestern hat der Kriminalhauptkommissar nun entschieden, sich diesem Druck nicht länger zu beugen. Vielen Dank für diesen Mut, auch im Namen aller Opfer und Angehörigen.
